We are seeking to recruit a Mandarin- or Cantonese-speaking Coupa consultant based in the Philippines for a remote Coupa rollout project
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Coupa system configuration & coordinate deployment activities
Translate business process requirements into functional and technical options/solutions
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, perform Fit/Gap Analysis, document decisions, and maintain configuration documentation.
Facilitate testing activities (unit test, SIT, UAT, regression testing)
Perform data loads, coordinate error resolutions and pre/post load validations
Support and contribute to the end-to-end client life cycle, from initial proposal to transition to BAU
Role Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese – MANDATORY
Proficient in English – MANDATORY
2+ Years of experience with Coupa configuration - MANDATORY
Based in the Philippines - MANDATORY
Source to Pay process knowledge is necessary
Experience in designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more Coupa modules (e.g. Procurement, Payables, Supplier Information Management, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management)
Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones
