The role
We are hiring a Coupa Consultant on a full-time, remote basis. The position is open to mid-level professionals who are ready to lead configuration and deployment work for an international rollout project.
Core responsibilities
- Configure the Coupa system and coordinate all deployment activities from initial setup through go-live.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions, run requirements workshops, complete fit-gap analysis, and keep configuration documentation current.
- Lead testing cycles including unit, system integration, user acceptance, and regression testing, while also managing data loads and resolving related issues.
Skills and experience
- At least two years of hands-on Coupa configuration experience is required.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese plus strong English communication skills are mandatory.
- Applicants must be based in the Philippines and possess working knowledge of source-to-pay processes.
- Prior experience configuring one or more Coupa modules such as Procurement, Payables, Supplier Information Management, Sourcing, or Contract Lifecycle Management is expected.
- Clear stakeholder communication and the flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones complete the profile.
