Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Country Product Manager to join our team in the Philippines. This is a full-time, on-site role for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, lean environment. You will serve as the bridge between our local operations and our regional tech teams, ensuring our product roadmap is perfectly aligned with the needs of our local market.
Your impact
- Own the product roadmap for your specific area and act as an Agile Product Owner to drive execution from concept to launch.
- Define clear success metrics and targets, using data and research to guide development and challenge stakeholders to refine ideas.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to design architecturally sound solutions, prioritizing the backlog to balance tactical needs with long-term strategic goals.
What you'll need
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 4 years of product management experience, specifically with a history of leading Agile teams to ship web and mobile products.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- A solid grasp of modern web architecture and the technical implications of complex solutions.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points if you have a background in software development, logistics, retail, or eCommerce.
