What you bring
As a Country Product Manager, you will join our team in the Philippines on a full-time basis. This mid-level role focuses on bridging the gap between local business needs and our regional technical capabilities. You will be instrumental in driving product success through research, discovery, and seamless execution. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Defining and owning the product roadmap while serving as an Agile Product Owner to ensure successful execution.
- Setting clear targets and metrics to measure the impact and success of your initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with engineering teams to design architecturally sound solutions while maintaining a fast, iterative development pace.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who combines technical awareness with strong business acumen. You should hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. We require at least 3 to 4 years of experience in product management, specifically with a history of leading Agile teams to launch web and mobile products. You must possess excellent critical thinking and stakeholder management skills, along with a solid grasp of modern web architecture. While not mandatory, a background in software development or experience within the logistics, retail, or eCommerce sectors is considered a significant advantage.
