Are you ready to help us transform the logistics landscape across Southeast Asia? At Ninja Van, we are a late-stage logtech startup that uses cutting-edge technology to disrupt a massive industry. Since our launch in 2014, we have grown into one of the largest express logistics companies in the region, serving over 100 million customers. Every day, we process 250 million API requests and deliver more than 1.5 million parcels. With over 1,000 hubs across six markets and more than 600,000 active shippers, we are on a mission to connect people to new possibilities. We are looking for world-class talent to join our lean team and make a direct impact on our continued success.
What you bring
As a Senior Country Product Manager based in the Philippines, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our local business needs and our regional technical capabilities. This full-time position requires a deep understanding of product management, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management to drive our logistics solutions forward. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Defining and owning the product roadmap while acting as an Agile Product Owner to ensure successful execution.
- Engaging with stakeholders to identify local business problems and using data-driven research to guide product development.
- Collaborating closely with engineers to design architecturally sound solutions, iterating quickly, and ensuring new features are effectively operationalized.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong blend of technical insight and strategic thinking. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. We require at least 3 to 4 years of experience in product management, specifically with a track record of leading Agile development teams to ship products on mobile and web platforms. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships. A solid grasp of modern web architecture is essential, and having a background in software development is considered a significant advantage. Experience in logistics, retail, or eCommerce technology is also highly valued.
What we offer
We pride ourselves on fostering a culture that values personal responsibility, a team-first mentality, and the tenacity to solve difficult problems. By joining our team, you will work in an environment that processes 3TB of data every day and supports a network reaching 500 million consumers. You will have the opportunity to influence the direction of our products while working alongside a talented group of engineers, designers, and fellow product managers in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
