What will you do?
- Take ownership of the product roadmap and act as an Agile Product Owner to drive execution.
- Establish clear success criteria and metrics to measure the performance and impact of your products.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to design architecturally sound solutions, focusing on rapid iteration and frequent releases.
What makes you a great fit?
To thrive in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical understanding and product strategy. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in product management, specifically with a history of leading Agile teams to launch web and mobile products.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- A solid grasp of modern web architecture and the technical implications of complex software solutions.
- Bonus points if you have a background in software development, retail, eCommerce, or logistics technologies.
What's in it for you?
Joining our team means you will have a direct impact on the success of a fast-growing company. You will work within a lean, high-performing environment where we value personal responsibility, a team-first mindset, and the tenacity to solve difficult challenges.
