Since our launch in 2014, we have scaled rapidly to become a leading express logistics provider in Southeast Asia. We currently serve 100 million customers, process 250 million API requests daily, and manage a network of over 1,000 hubs across six markets, including the Philippines. We are looking for a Country Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the product roadmap and serve as an Agile Product Owner to drive execution.
- Establish clear success metrics and targets to evaluate the performance of your products.
- Collaborate with local and regional engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring that features are launched smoothly and effectively.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in product management, specifically with a history of leading Agile development teams to release web and mobile products.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, paired with sharp critical thinking skills.
- A solid understanding of modern web architecture and the technical implications of complex solutions.
- Prior experience in software development is considered a significant advantage, as is a background in logistics, eCommerce, or retail technology.
