At Ninja Van, we are transforming the logistics industry by leveraging cutting-edge technology to solve complex delivery challenges. Since our start in Singapore in 2014, we have scaled into one of the largest express logistics providers in Southeast Asia. We now operate across six markets, including the Philippines, where we serve 500 million consumers and support 600,000 active shippers. Every day, our systems handle 250 million API requests and manage the delivery of over 1.5 million parcels. We are on a mission to bridge the gap between shippers and shoppers, and we invite you to help us build the infrastructure that makes this possible.
The role
We are seeking a Senior Country Product Manager to join our team in the Philippines on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our local operations and our regional engineering teams. You will be responsible for translating local business needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring that our product launches are both impactful and seamless. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of product success.
Core responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and serve as an Agile Product Owner to drive execution from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key business problems, using data-driven research to prioritize features that deliver the highest impact.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to design architecturally sound solutions, ensuring we iterate quickly and maintain a high standard of quality.
Skills and experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in product management, specifically with a history of leading Agile development teams to ship web and mobile products.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to think critically about complex technical architectures.
- A deep understanding of the technical implications of product decisions.
- Bonus points if you have a background in software development or experience within the logistics, retail, or eCommerce sectors.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a dynamic work environment where you will have direct influence on the growth of a late-stage logtech company. We pride ourselves on a team-first culture that values personal responsibility, tenacity, and the drive to solve difficult problems. We provide the opportunity to work with a world-class team of engineers and designers on a platform that processes 3TB of data daily.
