Ninja Van is a late-stage logtech startup that is transforming the logistics industry through innovation and advanced technology. Since our start in 2014, we have grown into one of the largest express logistics providers in Southeast Asia, serving over 100 million customers across the region. We handle 1.5 million parcels daily and process 250 million API requests, and we are now seeking a Country Product Manager to join our team in the Philippines to help us continue connecting shippers and shoppers through high-impact software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and define the product roadmap, acting as an Agile Product Owner to ensure successful execution.
- Establish clear targets, metrics, and success criteria for your products.
- Collaborate with and challenge stakeholders to identify core problems, using data and research to guide development.
- Prioritize the feature backlog to balance tactical needs with long-term strategic goals for maximum business impact.
- Partner with engineers to design architecturally sound solutions, maintaining constant communication and an iterative development pace.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of new features and initiatives to ensure they are effectively operationalized.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in product management, specifically with a history of leading Agile teams to ship mobile and web products.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- A solid understanding of modern web architecture and the ability to gauge the technical complexity of potential solutions.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in software development.
- A professional background in logistics, transportation, retail, or eCommerce technologies.
