Imagine being part of a team that is fundamentally changing how goods move across Southeast Asia. Since we started in Singapore back in 2014, Ninja Van has grown into a powerhouse in the logistics industry. We now handle over 1.5 million parcels every single day and support a network that reaches 500 million consumers across six different markets. Our mission is to bridge the gap between shippers and shoppers, and we do this by processing massive amounts of data and millions of API requests daily. We are looking for someone who shares our drive for innovation and wants to help us continue this rapid growth.
The opportunity
We are seeking a Country Product Manager to join our team in the Philippines. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our local operations and our regional engineering teams. Your primary goal is to ensure that our technology solutions are perfectly tailored to meet the unique needs of our local market. By conducting deep research and discovery, you will help translate local business challenges into clear requirements, ensuring that every feature we launch makes a tangible impact on our success.
A day in the life
- You will own the product roadmap, acting as an Agile Product Owner to guide the development process from concept to execution.
- You will collaborate closely with our engineering teams to design solutions that are architecturally sound, ensuring we iterate quickly and ship high-quality features.
- You will engage with various stakeholders to identify key problems, using data to prioritize our backlog and focus on initiatives that drive the most significant business results.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in product management, specifically with a history of leading Agile teams to launch products on web and mobile platforms. We value your critical thinking and your ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships with clear communication. You have a solid grasp of modern web architecture and understand the technical implications of the solutions you design. If you have a background in software development, or experience within the logistics, retail, or eCommerce sectors, you will be a fantastic fit for our team.
Why you'll love it here
Working at Ninja Van means you are part of a lean, high-impact team where your contributions are felt immediately. We are a company that prizes tenacity, personal responsibility, and a team-first mentality. You will have the chance to work on cutting-edge technology that solves real-world problems for hundreds of thousands of active shippers. We encourage you to bring your best ideas to the table, as we value those who take initiative and are passionate about building software that truly makes a difference.
