Since our launch in Singapore in 2014, we have scaled rapidly to become one of the largest express logistics providers in Southeast Asia. We have successfully served over 100 million customers, and today we process 250 million API requests and 3TB of data daily. With over 1,000 hubs across six markets, including the Philippines, we reach 500 million consumers and support 600,000 active shippers. We are looking for a Country Product Manager to join our team in the Philippines to help us connect shippers and shoppers to new possibilities.
What you'll be doing
- You will define and own the product roadmap, acting as an Agile Product Owner to drive execution and meet your targets.
- You will engage with stakeholders to identify business problems and use data-driven research to prioritize the feature backlog for maximum impact.
- You will collaborate closely with engineers to design architecturally sound solutions, ensuring that new features are launched effectively and operationalized for the local team.
What you'll bring
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in product management, with a proven history of leading Agile teams to ship web and mobile products.
- Strong critical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- A solid understanding of modern web architecture and the technical implications of complex solutions.
- If you have a background in software development or experience in logistics, eCommerce, or transportation tech, that is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English.
