About the Role

We are looking for a Costco Roadshow Retail Associate to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand, engaging directly with Costco members to demonstrate our products and showcase their performance. You will be a vital part of our sales organization, helping us scale our roadshow program while sharing your genuine enthusiasm for our mission with every customer you meet.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive brand growth by meeting or exceeding specific sales targets at each roadshow event.
• Manage the end-to-end setup and breakdown of our branded booths at assigned locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and provide regular updates on sales performance to the management team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales environment, with retail or Costco experience considered a significant advantage.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a truck and 20-foot trailer to transport equipment between locations.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for booth assembly.
• A flexible approach to scheduling, as this role requires working 10-day event cycles that include nights and weekends.
• Exceptional communication skills and an outgoing, energetic personality.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States, as we are unable to provide sponsorship.

Location

This position is based in the United States and requires on-site work at various Costco locations.
