What you bring

We are looking for a Junior Cosmetics Promoter to join us on a part-time, on-site basis across Switzerland. You will serve as the face of our brand, helping us expand our reach and connect with customers who are eager to discover innovative beauty solutions. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Representing our brand in retail locations by showcasing our product range and maintaining attractive, well-organized displays.
• Engaging directly with customers to share product knowledge, distribute samples, and provide personalized recommendations that drive sales.
• Gathering valuable consumer feedback and reporting on market trends to help us refine our approach and improve our performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and positive individual who thrives in a customer-facing role. You should have a genuine passion for beauty trends and a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Because we operate across the country, proficiency in English, French, or German is essential to serve our clients effectively. While previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, we value your ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Please note that this role requires flexibility, as you will need to be available to work during weekends and holidays to match retail event schedules.
