What is this role?

We are seeking a CorpTech Specialist Manager to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a managerial position designed for an experienced professional who is ready to lead our technical operations. You will play a vital role in our organization by overseeing infrastructure and guiding our team to success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What will you do?

• You will manage and supervise a team of specialists, ensuring that daily operations consistently meet our service level agreements while fostering high morale and productivity.
• You will oversee our end-user compute infrastructure, which includes managing hardware and software installations, performing system upgrades, and resolving escalated technical issues.
• You will analyze operational data and performance reports to identify trends, track productivity, and implement improvements for our office technical infrastructure and weekend project migrations.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should bring more than four years of experience, ideally within a technology or financial services firm. We are looking for a self-starter who possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Your technical background should include:

• Deep expertise in network administration, specifically with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Proven experience managing Azure infrastructure, including Virtual Machines, Active Directory, networking, and security protocols.
• A solid understanding of Windows platforms and the ability to design and implement robust office technical infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving aptitude that allows you to provide clear guidance to stakeholders and team members.
• Professional certifications such as the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Cisco Certified Network Associate are considered a significant advantage.
