The role
We are seeking a Corporate Sales Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position that offers a hybrid work arrangement. In this role, you will be a key driver of our growth by managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our Business Development team across our United States locations, with a specific focus on supporting our Chicago, Illinois office.
Core responsibilities
- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from the initial candidate outreach to the final offer acceptance, while ensuring a positive and seamless experience for every applicant.
- Proactively build and manage a robust pipeline of sales talent by utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, our ATS, and employee referrals.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition leadership to track hiring trends, gather feedback, and ensure we are consistently meeting our recruitment metrics.
Skills and experience
- At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, with preference given to those who have worked in high-volume recruiting environments.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management and communication, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy workplace.
- Fluency in English is required.
