The opportunity
We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our talent team in Cleveland. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you will work alongside our associate recruiter to identify and secure world-class talent. You will focus on hiring for our G&A, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success departments. We need someone who is a self-starter, capable of managing a high-quality process from start to finish while ensuring a positive experience for both our hiring managers and our candidates.
A day in the life
- You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
- You will build and maintain a robust recruiting pipeline, providing regular updates during our weekly executive meetings.
- You will collaborate with a diverse, hardworking team to ensure all recruiting activities are well-documented and organized for seamless team communication.
Who you are
You are a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong sense of ownership. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle or agency recruiting, with a strong background in direct sourcing strategies.
- The ability to build thoughtful, lasting relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality while meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience using an ATS, such as Lever, is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English.
