This client is currently transforming how businesses leverage AI and cloud technologies, and they need a talented recruiter to help scale their corporate teams across the EMEA region.

The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join us on a contract basis. In this role, you will step directly into the internal talent acquisition team of our client, a company that supports over 175,000 new developers every month. You will be responsible for driving the growth of their corporate functions, including Marketing, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, and People Operations. This is a hybrid position based in Dublin, where you will report to the Corporate Recruiting Lead for EMEA and APAC to ensure the company continues to attract world-class talent.

A day in the life

• You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers from the initial intake meeting all the way to the final offer stage.
• You will design and execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines for a variety of corporate business units.
• You will manage candidate data and reporting using Greenhouse, ensuring that every applicant receives a professional and engaging experience throughout their journey.

Who you are

You are a seasoned recruiting professional with at least four years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, ideally within the fast-paced tech sector. You possess a consultative mindset and a data-driven approach to building relationships. Because you will be working with a global client, you are comfortable navigating different time zones and collaborating across various business groups. You are proficient with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems, and you are currently based in Dublin with a readiness to embrace a hybrid work schedule. You communicate fluently in English and have a proven track record of closing top-tier talent in high-growth environments.
