The opportunity

We are searching for a Senior Corporate IT Systems Administrator to play a vital role in our technology group. In this full-time, on-site position, you will report to the Director of Corporate IT and serve as the primary technical lead for our HR platform. Your work will directly impact how we manage talent and internal processes, making you a key partner in our ongoing projects and system enhancements. While your focus will be on HR systems, you will also have the opportunity to support our broader corporate infrastructure, including finance and compliance applications, ensuring that our internal systems remain efficient, secure, and reliable.

A day in the life

• You will manage the end-to-end administration of our HR platform, which includes configuring workflows, managing user permissions, and ensuring that all integrations with other systems function seamlessly.
• You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing user requirements, identifying system defects, and implementing process improvements that drive productivity.
• You will leverage your technical skills to develop and maintain data visualizations in Power BI, manage API connections, and perform regular audits to maintain the highest standards of data integrity across our corporate systems.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a deep understanding of HR processes, such as payroll, performance management, and compensation. You bring a strong analytical mindset and the ability to simplify complex technical challenges for your stakeholders. Your background includes:

• Extensive experience managing HR information systems and a solid grasp of corporate IT environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders while working independently.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, VB.NET, and Power BI, along with a working knowledge of ERP system components.
• A detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and business models.
• Fluency in English.
