What is this role?

We are looking for a Junior Corporate Events Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. While this position is primarily remote, you will need to be based in the United States and comfortable with occasional travel, which accounts for up to 30% of the role. You will play a vital part in our events strategy, helping us execute everything from major industry conferences to intimate client VIP experiences.

What will you do?

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to pinpoint and assess the best industry events for Cprime to attend.
• Manage the day-to-day logistics of our events, which includes handling contracts, coordinating with vendors, and keeping a close eye on budgets.
• Plan and execute a variety of initiatives, including Cprime-hosted conferences, digital events, and other experiential projects designed to engage our clients and partners.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in event planning or marketing. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You should have a solid grasp of marketing principles and be comfortable using virtual event platforms. Because you will be the face of our events, you must possess excellent communication skills in English. A bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, or a related field is preferred, though we also value equivalent practical experience.
