Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Corporate Communications Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere. You will be our first dedicated hire in this space, tasked with shaping our internal and external narrative during a period of rapid growth.
Your impact
- Design and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that keeps our workforce informed, aligned, and deeply engaged with our mission.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to translate complex strategic goals into clear, compelling messaging for all levels of the organization.
- Build and optimize our internal communications infrastructure, including newsletters, intranet platforms, and company-wide events, to ensure consistent and effective information flow.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate or internal communications, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone for diverse audiences and channels.
- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the company to build trust and drive organizational alignment.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
The base salary for this role is $120,000 - $135,000. In addition to base pay, we provide the following benefits:
