Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Communications Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere. You will be our first dedicated hire in this space, tasked with shaping our internal and external narrative during a period of rapid growth.

Your impact

Design and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that keeps our workforce informed, aligned, and deeply engaged with our mission.
Partner closely with senior leadership to translate complex strategic goals into clear, compelling messaging for all levels of the organization.
Build and optimize our internal communications infrastructure, including newsletters, intranet platforms, and company-wide events, to ensure consistent and effective information flow.

What you'll need

At least 5 years of experience in corporate or internal communications, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone for diverse audiences and channels.
Strong project management capabilities and the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the company to build trust and drive organizational alignment.
Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation

The base salary for this role is $120,000 - $135,000. In addition to base pay, we provide the following benefits:
