What you bring

We are looking for an experienced Core Services Lead Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. While this role is remote, we are currently focusing our search on candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, or Minneapolis. You will be responsible for driving the development of our subscription services and foundational platform features. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading the strategy and execution of our subscription systems, including billing, renewals, and multi-user access plans.
• Owning the development of secure identity management and content delivery services to ensure a unified user experience.
• Collaborating across departments to align platform capabilities with our broader business goals and product roadmaps.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with at least 8 years of product management experience, particularly within SaaS or consumer technology environments. You should possess deep technical expertise in subscription billing platforms and API-driven development. We are looking for someone who is highly data-driven, capable of using analytics to predict churn and drive retention. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate strong project management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams. A background in the mental health or wellness industry is a plus.

What we offer

We provide a competitive base salary ranging from 155,000 USD to 260,000 USD, depending on your specific geographic location, skills, and experience. In addition to your salary, we support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote well-being and long-term success.
