We are currently serving as the launch partner for the Autonity Project, an EVM-based public blockchain designed for decentralized derivatives clearing, and we are looking for talented individuals to help us push the boundaries of this new financial landscape.
About the Role
We are searching for a Core Developer to join our Layer 1 Engineering team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level role where you will contribute to the development of blockchain infrastructure optimized for financial use cases. You will work within an Ethereum-like stack to tackle complex challenges, including scalability, privacy, and protocol design for decentralized applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement new protocol features using Go and Solidity.
- Create and maintain advanced distributed systems tests and frameworks to ensure network integrity.
- Collaborate on the creation of protocol specifications and engage with our community to address and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- At least two years of professional experience programming in Go, or equivalent proficiency in low-level languages like Rust or C++.
- Practical experience with network, concurrent, and distributed programming on Linux systems.
- A solid understanding of Ethereum protocols, P2P messaging, BFT and dPoS consensus mechanisms, and core cryptographic primitives.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for Web3 and decentralized technologies.
