Key outcomes
- Design, develop, and refine the fundamental components of the Injective blockchain, including consensus protocols, state management, and financial infrastructure.
- Lead research initiatives to explore and implement emerging blockchain features and technologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, such as front-end, back-end, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality blockchain solutions.
- Engage with the broader open-source community and external partners to strengthen and expand our ecosystem.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of professional experience specifically as a Core Blockchain Engineer, rather than a smart contract developer.
- A deep understanding of blockchain architecture, cryptographic principles, and consensus mechanisms.
- Professional proficiency in Go, along with experience in Rust or Python.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a meticulous approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative, remote environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Practical experience working with the Cosmos SDK.
- Demonstrable background in the DeFi space.
Compensation
We offer a fully remote work environment for this full-time position. Our team members are located across EMEA, APAC, North America, and Latin America.
