What you'll be doing
- Lead our content, social media, and PR teams by fostering strategic alignment and ensuring high-quality results.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that focus on brand awareness, community engagement, and positioning.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, creators, and the press while overseeing the production of institutional and promotional content.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a background in communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field. We are looking for someone with proven experience in leading communication teams and managing integrated projects. You should be comfortable working in a remote environment and possess the following skills:
- Strong expertise in social media strategy, digital content production, and PR.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques and performance tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to create content and interact with international stakeholders.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks autonomously.
Bonus points if you have advanced Spanish skills, experience with paid media, familiarity with SQL, or previous work history in the gaming or technology sectors.
