Responsibilities
- Optimize front-end flows to lift conversion rates, user engagement, and ROI on our free-to-premium products.
- Design and run user-testing programs that improve onboarding, application processes, and overall usability.
- Analyze behavioral data and A/B test outcomes to pinpoint and remove friction points.
- Launch initiatives that grow customer acquisition, organic usage, and marketing efficiency.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and operations to align business goals with user needs.
- Track core metrics such as conversion rate and customer-acquisition cost, then translate findings into clear action plans.
Must-haves
- Hands-on experience leading conversion-rate optimization for freemium products, with measurable impact on user engagement and ROI.
- Strong SQL skills and the ability to work independently with data to drive decisions.
- Proven expertise in user testing, A/B testing, and refining consumer-facing experiences.
- Track record of improving key metrics such as conversion rate and monthly active users through data-led work.
- Experience with B2B2C products, balancing partner requirements and end-user needs.
- Familiarity with metrics like CAC and ROI, and success improving performance without heavy paid-acquisition spend.
- Professional fluency in English.
