As part of our global community, you will collaborate with colleagues across the world to support customers in over 190 markets. We are looking for a creative and analytical Conversational Designer to join our team in China or Hong Kong, where you will help shape the future of our automated customer experiences.
What you'll be doing
- You will collaborate with our developers and operational teams to design, deliver, and refine conversational AI experiences that remain consistent and engaging across all our digital platforms.
- You will craft intuitive chatbot, email, and voice interactions by leveraging technologies like NLP, sentiment analysis, and intent classification to ensure our customers receive seamless support.
- You will analyze interaction data, customer feedback, and conversation flows to identify friction points, optimize existing solutions, and implement improvements that enhance the user journey while reducing operational costs.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of creative design thinking and technical proficiency. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a field such as human-computer interaction, industrial engineering, or information systems.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in conversational AI, specifically working with voice or chatbot platforms like Dialogflow or Amazon Lex.
- A strong understanding of AI and machine learning, including practical experience with prompt engineering for generative AI and an ability to navigate technical concepts like API integrations and databases.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, allowing you to effectively bridge the gap between product, engineering, and data analytics teams.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to manage your own projects and solve complex problems with high attention to detail.
- Bonus points if you have experience in contact center environments, knowledge of SQL, or proficiency in Spanish.
