The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Conversational AI Engineer L4 to join our End User Computing and Operations team. In this role, you will be the architect behind the conversational bots that streamline our internal business processes and boost operational efficiency. You will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and user-friendly automation, working alongside cross-functional teams to identify new ways to innovate and support our global workforce.
A day in the life
- Design, build, and deploy sophisticated conversational AI solutions using platforms like Dialogflow or the Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate their needs into effective, AI-driven concierge services that simplify daily operations.
- Optimize NLP algorithms and Machine Learning models to ensure our virtual assistants remain accurate, responsive, and reliable.
Who you are
You are a seasoned engineer with at least 5 years of experience in AI development, specifically within the conversational space. You hold a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, and you are comfortable working in a remote environment. Your technical toolkit includes:
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with NLP frameworks and automation scripting using tools like PowerShell and Ansible.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git to manage collaborative development.
- A passion for problem-solving and a growth mindset that keeps you updated on the latest industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse, global team.
