What is this role?
We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This is a mid-level position designed for a professional who enjoys a collaborative environment but can also handle tasks independently. You will work closely with our Business Team to ensure our administrative and contractual processes run smoothly.
What will you do?
- You will manage the organization and completion of contract documentation, including awards and modifications.
- You will prepare and review administrative proposal elements to ensure they are accurate, consistent, and complete.
- You will oversee subcontractor onboarding and offboarding while handling essential subcontract closeout activities.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in contracts management and a solid grasp of data analysis. We value candidates who possess the following qualities and skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, along with two to four years of experience in contract administration or legal support.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with financial reporting.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- US citizenship is required, as you must be eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience with Department of Defense contracts and federal acquisition regulations is considered a significant plus.
