The opportunity

We are searching for a Senior User Experience Design contractor to join our team and help us scale our Marketing Automation Suite. This suite includes our flagship Google Business Pro product, which provides multifamily marketers with automated, AI-powered content generation. In this role, you will be a key partner to our product managers and developers, helping us craft intuitive interfaces that make complex data actionable for our clients. You will play a vital role in our growth by ensuring that our user experiences are as seamless as they are effective.

A day in the life

• You will take ownership of new features, guiding them through the entire journey from initial conceptualization to finalized, polished pixels.
• You will produce high-fidelity designs and collaborate closely with our engineering team to ensure every detail is technically feasible and delivers maximum value to our users.
• You will dedicate 15 to 25 hours per week to our projects, working remotely as part of a fast-paced team that prioritizes efficiency and rapid iteration through the end of 2024.

Who you are

You are a seasoned designer with over five years of experience in product design, and you have a portfolio that clearly demonstrates how your work has positively impacted business outcomes. You thrive in small, agile teams where you can be hands-on across every phase of the design process. Because we value speed and urgency, you are someone who looks for ways to move projects forward today rather than waiting until tomorrow. You are comfortable diving deep into both UX and UI, and you possess the communication skills necessary to bridge the gap between design, engineering, and product goals. Ideally, you have a background in SaaS, particularly within marketing technology or data-heavy applications, and you have a knack for turning complex problems into lean, user-friendly solutions. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
