What you bring
We are looking for a mid-level Contract Technical Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. You will play a vital role in our expansion by identifying exceptional talent for our offices in Portugal and the United States. This is a remote position where you will focus on the following responsibilities:
- Review incoming applications to identify the best candidates for our hiring managers to interview.
- Proactively source passive talent to maintain a high-quality and diverse pipeline of candidates.
- Collaborate with business leaders and our internal Talent team to ensure a high-touch, positive experience for every candidate throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of recruiting experience, with a specific focus on hiring technical talent in fast-paced environments. You must possess strong verbal and written English skills to communicate effectively across our global team. We value candidates who are organized and comfortable maintaining accurate documentation within our applicant tracking system, which is Lever. You should be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a remote setting while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
