What is this role?
We are looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to join our team. This is a mid-level position based in Portugal, requiring a 40-hour work week. While this role begins as a contract position, there is potential for it to transition into a full-time employee role. You will play a vital part in our success by helping us identify and hire exceptional technical talent for our offices in Portugal and the US.
What will you do?
- Review incoming applications to identify the best talent for our hiring managers to interview.
- Source and engage passive candidates to maintain a high-volume, diverse, and quality pipeline.
- Partner with business leaders and the Talent team to deliver a high-touch candidate experience and influence quality assessments throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure all recruitment data and candidate information is accurately documented within our applicant tracking system, Lever.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional recruiting experience.
- Proven experience hiring technical talent, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written proficiency in English.
- Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess a valid EU visa, as this position does not offer relocation assistance.
