We are looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to join our team and help us scale our impact by identifying the exceptional talent needed to drive our continued success in our Portugal and US offices.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming applications to identify top-tier candidates for our hiring managers to interview.
- Collaborate with business leaders and our internal Talent team to deliver high-quality assessments and ensure a high-touch experience for every candidate throughout the recruitment funnel.
- Maintain precise and detailed documentation for all candidates within our applicant tracking system, Lever.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional recruiting experience.
- Proven background in hiring technical talent, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- This position is based in Portugal and requires a 40-hour work week.
