Sword is seeking a contract Technical Recruiter to support our company's growth. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to support hiring of exceptional talent for our Portugal and US offices. There has never been a more exciting time to be at Sword Health, and this role will contribute to the most important key to our company's success: the talent.
Responsibilities:
- Review applicants and identify the best talent for hiring managers to screen and interview
- While not the primary focus, on occasion, you will source and identify passive talent and maintain consistent high-volume, quality, and diverse pipeline;
- Work closely with business leaders and the Talent team to influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel;
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within our applicant tracking system (Lever).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience;
- Experience hiring technical talent, and ideally in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong verbal and written English skills
This role must be in Portugal and will work a 40 hour schedule. The role will begin as contract but has potential to become full-time employee.
