What you bring
We are looking for a mid-level Contract Technical Recruiter to join our team on a contractor basis. You will play a vital role in our expansion by helping us identify and hire exceptional talent for our offices in Portugal and the United States. This position is remote, and your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Reviewing applications to identify top-tier candidates for our hiring managers to interview.
- Sourcing passive talent occasionally to maintain a high-volume, diverse, and quality pipeline.
- Collaborating with business leaders and our internal talent team to ensure a high-touch candidate experience and effective assessment throughout the recruitment funnel.
- Maintaining precise and detailed documentation within our applicant tracking system, Lever.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of recruiting experience, specifically with a focus on technical talent. We value candidates who have thrived in fast-paced environments and possess strong verbal and written English skills. You should be comfortable managing high-volume pipelines while maintaining a focus on quality and detailed documentation. This role requires you to be based in Portugal and commit to a 40-hour work week.
