Recognized as a 2023 Forbes Best Startup Employer, we are currently in a phase of hyper-growth and are looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to help us scale our impact by finding the exceptional talent that drives our success.
Key outcomes
- Review incoming applications and identify top-tier candidates for our hiring managers to interview.
- Proactively source passive talent to maintain a high-volume, diverse, and high-quality candidate pipeline.
- Partner with business leaders and our internal Talent team to influence hiring strategies and ensure a high-touch experience for every candidate.
- Maintain precise and thorough documentation within our applicant tracking system, Lever.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional recruiting experience.
- Proven background in hiring technical talent, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written proficiency in English.
- Ability to work a 40-hour weekly schedule while based in Portugal.
