What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Full-cycle Recruiter to join us on a contract basis. This is a remote role based in Manila, where you will serve as a foundational member of our local team. You will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition efforts by leveraging tools like Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn to build high-quality pipelines. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale effectively while maintaining the high standards of our recruiting operations.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate identification, assessment, and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine sourcing strategies, conduct market mapping, and perform competitor analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and operational excellence within our applicant tracking system while meeting established service level agreements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of recruiting experience, ideally from a search firm or an in-house team at a fast-growing startup. You should hold an undergraduate degree and possess a deep understanding of recruiting metrics to drive data-informed decisions. We value candidates who are expert interviewers, capable of extracting high-fidelity signals during conversations, and who are comfortable navigating ambiguity with a sense of urgency. You must be highly proficient in English and experienced with tools such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Greenhouse, Gem, and Slack. Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build genuine relationships with candidates at all levels are essential for success in this role.

What we offer

We believe in rewarding our team members for their expertise and contributions. The expected monthly basic salary for this position ranges from PHP41,000 to PHP56,000, with final compensation determined based on your unique skills, experience, and interview performance.
