What you bring
In this full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom, you will serve as a key driver for our site-wide improvement strategies. As a senior member of our team, you will focus on implementing lean methodologies and fostering a culture of efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the rollout and training of continuous improvement techniques across all levels of the organization.
- Driving compliance with business standards while utilizing tools like Kanban and Kaizen to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Supporting the factory teams in achieving measurable gains in health and safety, quality, and overall equipment effectiveness.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual who possesses a strong background in manufacturing, ideally within the food industry. You should have a solid grasp of lean manufacturing strategies, including SMED and TPM. We value candidates who hold an HND or equivalent qualification and have a proven history of delivering results through effective coaching. You must be comfortable influencing stakeholders at every level, from operatives to directors, and possess the initiative to make independent, data-driven decisions. Proficiency in English is essential for this role, as you will be communicating complex strategies to a diverse team.
