By putting our customers at the center of every decision, we are building products and services that help create a financial system where everyone can participate. As we continue to grow, we are looking for curious, growth-minded individuals who are excited to help us shape our future and change the world.
The opportunity
We are seeking a Contingent Workforce Planning Partner to join our People Operations team. This is a vital role where you will help us re-establish and manage our extended workforce strategy. A day in the life
- You will own the full lifecycle of our extended workforce, ensuring every process is aligned with our broader organizational goals.
- You will lead our Preferred Vendor program, working cross-functionally to innovate how we manage vendor relationships and systems.
- You will analyze data to set program metrics, create scalable reporting for leadership, and maintain documentation to ensure we remain audit-ready and compliant.
Who you are
You are a senior professional who thrives in fast-paced, international environments. You bring at least five years of experience in business operations, human resources, or procurement, and you have a strong grasp of global compliance requirements. You are comfortable using Google Workspace and are familiar with Workday or similar HRIS tools. Most importantly, you are a clear communicator who enjoys building relationships across different teams and using data to drive meaningful improvements.
