What is this role?
We are seeking a Junior Content Writer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, ideally located near our headquarters in Westminster, Colorado, or our Pittsburgh office. You will play a vital role in researching, writing, and designing virtual learning resources that help our clients navigate complex compliance and safety requirements.
What will you do?
- Translate complex legal and technical information into original, clear, and engaging content that is easy for our clients to understand.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform dry material into memorable, evergreen resources that drive positive behavior change.
- Design visual elements for your content using Adobe Creative Suite and other digital tools to ensure information is presented effectively.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have 1 to 2 years of experience in content development or a similar field. We are looking for someone who is creative, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple deadlines with exceptional attention to detail. Your skills should include:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills in English.
- A proven track record of creating high-quality, accurate, and typo-free communications.
- Familiarity with EHS, HR compliance, or sales and finance topics is considered a strong plus.
We value diversity and authenticity. If you do not meet every single requirement listed above, we still encourage you to apply, as we are committed to building a team of unique perspectives and backgrounds.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, plus the potential for an annual bonus of up to 10%. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401k plan with company match and immediate vesting.
- Company-funded life insurance.
- Paid time off and paid holidays.
- Employee assistance program and a mental wellness budget.
- A flexible, hybrid work environment.
