Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive content plans with measurable goals, including defining customer journeys and building detailed user personas.
• Analyze our target audiences to determine the most effective ways to engage them.
• Oversee the quality of our content output and manage the master content calendar.
• Lead and facilitate interactive sessions, such as persona workshops and customer journey mapping.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Evaluate the performance of our marketing efforts and provide strategic advice on how content impacts our broader business objectives.

• Proven experience in crafting content strategies and conducting in-depth persona research.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy models and how to align content with them.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate your ideas.
• Strategic knowledge of SEO and marketing automation.
• Experience directing content creators and managing client relationships.
• Professional fluency in English.
