The role

We are seeking a Content Specialist to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in the Netherlands. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of our Dutch content strategy. You will balance hands-on creation with operational management, ensuring our messaging remains engaging, high-quality, and aligned with our brand voice as we continue to grow.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute content projects, including articles, newsletters, and educational courses, while collaborating with psychologists and lifestyle experts.
• Manage the end-to-end production process, which includes creating landing pages in WordPress and setting up email automation campaigns.
• Serve as the primary guardian of our Dutch tone of voice, ensuring all localized content maintains the highest standards of quality and cultural relevance.

Skills and experience

• Native proficiency in Dutch and fluency in English are essential for this role.
• Proven experience in content writing, editing, and managing projects within a CMS like WordPress.
• A strong interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, combined with the ability to refine and polish AI-generated output.
• Familiarity with email automation platforms, such as ActiveCampaign, is highly valued.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external contributors.
