What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Content Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Malaysia. In this role, you will be a key player in our operations, utilizing your expertise in technology, database systems, and management to ensure our clients have the support they need. You will be responsible for the following:

• Managing daily updates and organization of our menu database based on specific client requests.
• Conducting direct interviews and phone calls with new clients to gather essential menu information.
• Performing accurate data entry to transfer survey details into our internal systems while collaborating with other departments to validate menu accuracy.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should be a proactive problem solver with a knack for clear communication. We require fluency in Mandarin and an intermediate level of proficiency in English for both reading and writing. You must be able to type at a minimum speed of 40 WPM. We value candidates who are quick learners, self-motivated, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. While not mandatory, experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or customer service sectors is considered a significant asset. We are looking for individuals with a curious mind and a strong drive to grow their careers.
