What you bring
As a Content Specialist, you will play a vital role in our proposal development process for security guard services. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United States. You will be responsible for leveraging modern tools to ensure our bids are both compliant and persuasive. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Utilizing large language models to generate and refine high-quality proposal content while applying prompt engineering techniques.
- Ensuring all proposal responses strictly adhere to RFP requirements through careful editing, proofreading, and document management.
- Designing visual elements such as org charts, infographics, and tables using tools like Canva, Adobe Acrobat, or Illustrator to create cohesive, branded packages.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a blend of technical aptitude and strong writing skills. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Salesforce CRM are essential. We value individuals who are naturally curious about AI technology and possess the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable working with English-language business documents and possess the ability to pass a drug screen and background check. A valid driver's license is also required for this role.
