Do you possess a knack for crafting compelling articles and content that resonate with online audiences? If you’re nodding your head in agreement, then you might just be the Content Marketing Specialist we’re looking for at Metaschool!As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our content marketing strategy. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that showcases our innovative Ed-Tech platform, engages our target online audiences, and positions Metaschool as a thought leader in the industry. Additionally, your expertise in email marketing will be crucial in designing and implementing effective email campaigns to nurture leads, enhance customer retention, and promote Metaschool’s mission far and wide!Responsible for:

• Develop engaging and informative content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, and websites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand, industry trends, and addresses the pain points, interests and needs of our target audience.
• Conduct thorough market research both prior to and during the content creation process for our blog, platform, social media, and other digital channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns targeting diverse segments within the web3 space.
• Increase email and newsletter subscriptions.
• Develop documentation and road maps for processes and utilize A/B testing and promotions that enhance email campaign performance and engagement.

Essential:

• 3- 5 years of proven experience in content marketing with a focus on technology.
• 3 -5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, including campaign development, promotion, and analysis.
• A strong writing portfolio.
• Proficiency in using email marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms .
• Familiarity with working on email newsletters, press releases, infographics, scripts and other types of online content.
• Experience working with content management systems like WordPress.
• Exceptional written & communication and storytelling skills.
• Attention to detail in content creation and campaign execution.
• Creative thinker with an ability to use data to make informed decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.

Nice to have:

• Marketing Superstar: Working experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms such as Webengage and/or MailChimp.
• Web3 Wiz: Experience working with technology-first organizations or in the web3 space in general.
• TikTok Savvy: If you’ve got experience navigating the dynamic world of TikTok, that’s a bonus! Your familiarity with this platform will be a valuable asset in creating engaging short-form content.
