Content Manager at ETHGlobal Inc

We are ETHGlobal, a dedicated team building the most impactful developer community in the web3 space. Through our industry-leading hackathons and on-chain infrastructure products, we empower the next generation of builders, and we are currently looking for a Content Manager to help us scale our reach and influence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary voice for our brand by producing engaging content across social channels like Twitter, Discord, YouTube, and Lens.
• Engage directly with our community to answer questions, support developers, and foster meaningful discussions.
• Cultivate relationships with content leads at top-tier web3 companies to manage media partnerships and co-promotion strategies.
• Analyze engagement metrics and channel performance to provide actionable insights and growth reports to our leadership team.
• Execute marketing operations, including lead qualification and paid acquisition strategies, to expand our ecosystem.

Must-haves

• At least 2 years of professional experience in growth, marketing operations, and lead qualification.
• A strong ability to tell compelling stories and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• An ownership mentality, characterized by a proactive approach to problem-solving and getting things done.
• An analytical mindset that uses data to adapt to new trends and improve existing processes.
• A genuine curiosity about the latest advancements in blockchain and crypto.
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma.
• Experience with video editing software for creating social media clips.
