Role at a glance
We are seeking a Content Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a managerial position that offers the flexibility of remote work from anywhere in the world. You will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, driving our narrative forward in the fast-paced Web3 and IoT sectors.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor a talented content team, including writers, graphic designers, and videographers, to produce high-quality, impactful brand content.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, cross-platform content strategy that boosts our social media presence and engagement levels.
- Analyze performance metrics and SEO data to continuously refine our content, ensuring it remains accurate, optimized, and highly relevant to our target audience.
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of experience in an agency or Web3 environment, ideally in a similar leadership role.
- A Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
- Strong managerial skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, with a deep understanding of SEO best practices and keyword placement.
- Technical proficiency, including familiarity with content management systems and a working knowledge of HTML and CSS for web design.
- Fluency in English and a creative mindset that thrives on storytelling and original content generation.
