The role
We are looking for a Senior Content Labeling Associate to join our Classification Operations team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is vital to our product development, as you will provide the essential data and insights that fuel our machine learning and artificial intelligence initiatives. You will work both independently and alongside our international AI Curation team to refine our classification technologies, ensuring that digital content aligns with the specific safety and targeting preferences of our advertising clients.
Core responsibilities
- Categorize, tag, and evaluate a wide variety of textual and visual data across diverse web and social media platforms.
- Apply your independent judgment to classify content based on our internal guidelines and policies, ensuring high-quality data labeling.
- Collaborate with development teams by curating labeled datasets that directly support the training of our machine learning models.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in media, psychology, sociology, journalism, linguistics, or information science, typically demonstrated through a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. We require high proficiency or fluency in both English and Spanish, as you will be analyzing text in English and both text and audio in Spanish. Additionally, you should be comfortable using Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Docs, and Sheets. An interest in ad tech, computer vision, and the evolving landscape of data labeling will help you thrive in this position.
Compensation and benefits
The monthly salary for this position is 17,000 USD. Beyond the financial compensation, we offer the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to contribute to our global mission from anywhere.
