As a Content Engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to shape how our developer community interacts with our products through high-quality technical writing.
What you'll be doing
- You will research, draft, and refine technical materials such as tutorials, whitepapers, and blog posts to educate and engage our developer audience.
- You will act as the primary voice for our engineering team by leading our engineering blog and translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible resources.
- You will analyze content performance data to refine our strategy and collaborate with our developer success team to create effective self-serve documentation.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical knowledge and communication skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in technical content writing specifically for developer-focused audiences.
- A degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Exceptional skills in writing, proofreading, and editing, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams.
- Fluency in English is required for all documentation and communication.
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management or security-related technologies is considered a significant bonus.
