Key outcomes

• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of approximately 10 content developers to ensure the successful production and maintenance of our Online Learning Library, live courses, and certification programs.
• Manage team deliverables and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish strategic goals and track performance metrics against those objectives.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring every team member feels supported and has a clear path for career growth.
• Refine our internal content development processes to improve both the speed and quality of our educational materials.
• Stay current with security market trends to contribute meaningfully to syllabus planning and strategic initiatives.
• Engage with the cybersecurity community to gather feedback and translate those insights into actionable content improvements.
• Foster a culture of innovation and provide regular updates on new creative initiatives within the team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing technical security teams, such as penetration testers or security researchers, or equivalent experience managing technical content developers.
• Proven background in producing pedagogical content for educational or training purposes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across different cultures, time zones, and continents.
• Strong capacity for independent work, including the ability to manage multiple deadlines and complex tasks simultaneously.
• A professional, collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
