We are looking for a Content Designer to join our Flywheel UX and Design team on a full-time basis. FanDuel is a premier sports-tech entertainment company, serving approximately 17 million customers across the United States. As part of our team, you will collaborate with designers, researchers, and product managers to create intuitive, engaging experiences for our fans. This is a hybrid role based in either Atlanta or New York, where you will help define the voice of our products and ensure our content remains clear, consistent, and user-focused.

Responsibilities

Improve our products by crafting clear, user-centered content and collaborating with designers to develop effective user flows and information architecture.
Lead content strategy for new features by partnering with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals and documenting design decisions.
Strengthen our brand voice by developing content guidelines within our design system and working with marketing to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy.
Strong proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of information architecture and design thinking.
Proven ability to use user research insights to inform content decisions and advocate for the user throughout the design process.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationales to diverse teams.
