What is this role?

We are looking for a Content Designer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and excited to create immersive, science-backed simulations that mirror real-world workplace dynamics. You will report to our Senior Research Scientist and play a vital role in shaping how our users practice and acquire essential professional skills.

What will you do?

• Design both live and on-demand simulations by crafting authentic storylines and conversations that challenge participants to practice key workplace behaviors.
• Develop clear, effective materials for both participants and clients to ensure everyone understands the value and objectives of each simulation.
• Analyze data and feedback from simulation sessions to iterate on, refine, and improve our content for better learning outcomes.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have at least 2 years of experience in content development or creative storytelling, such as screenwriting or game design. We value candidates who are curious about how technology can improve human interaction. You will be a great fit if you possess the following:

• Strong writing and copyediting skills in English.
• A knack for project management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical curiosity and a desire to work with AI tools and data analysis to measure impact.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
• While not required, a background in psychology, behavioral economics, or scripted improv is a plus.
