We are a rapidly growing, ambitious HealthTech company dedicated to empowering women and people who menstruate with the support and knowledge they need to live healthier lives. Having recently achieved unicorn status with over 380 million downloads and 70 million monthly users, we are now looking for a Content Design Lead to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in the United Kingdom. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital health platform by leading a talented group of designers to create intuitive, data-driven experiences that resonate with our global community.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team of content designers to deliver scalable, user-centric experiences that align with our product goals.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and legal teams to ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and impactful.
- Use data analytics and experimentation to identify user needs, optimize conversion rates, and drive meaningful engagement across our platform.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in digital product design and team leadership. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing teams that build data-driven, user-centric digital products.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating your ability to translate research and data into high-quality user journeys and content.
- Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
- Expertise in iterative design processes, including A/B testing and experimentation.
- A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and advocating for the strategic value of content design.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions clearly to cross-functional partners.
- A growth mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
What we offer
